Granholm Blasts Universities for Tuition HikesThe Detroit Free Press reports that Gov. Granholm criticized University of Michigan and Michigan State University for tuition hikes. U of M raised rates 12.3% to $9,213 and MSU jumped 13.5% to $7,944.
