Caribbean Festival, Aug 27th; Lansing The Lansing Community College Student Life and Leadership Office will present the 11th Annual Caribbean Festival Saturday, Aug. 27 from noon to 11:30 p.m. Lansing will sound, taste and feel like the Caribbean during this celebration of music culture and food. The festivities take place in the North Washington Square Mall Outdoor Amphitheater, located at the center of the downtown LCC campus. Admission is free, but be sure to bring some cash to sample the many food delicacies available, and also to pick up a souvenir or two to mark the festive occasion.
