Two Michigan Counties in Top 20 of Tech Adoption The Great Lakes IT Report pointed us to this USA Today feature on the most technologically advanced households in America, those that are early adopters of tech like Wi-fi, TiVo and internet telephones. The article has a map that shows a county-by-county look at the nation. Washtenaw County was tops in Michigan at 48% (#15 overall), followed closely by Oakland (47.7%).
