Michigan's High Speed Rail the first in MidwestThe Chicago Tribune reports that the Midwest's first high-speed passenger trains are cruising along at speeds of almost 100 miles per hour on Amtrak's Wolverine service in Michigan which utilize a technology known as positive train control.
