Motown Winter Blast, Detroit Michigan In 2006, Motown Winter Blast will feature some of the same great stuff that was exhibited in 2005, including snowshoeing, ice skating, Model-T rides, a 200-ft long snow slide, ice sculptures, dog sledding and the best local music and restaurants in Metro Detroit. New additions for 2006 include an outdoor music stage with top national entertainers, a marketplace of artists and vendors, more lanes on the popular snow slide, snowboarding demonstrations and more. This yearís festival will take place in an expanded layout that is three times the size of last year. Motown Winter Blast, brought to you by The Detroit Super Bowl XL Host Committee, in conjunction with Jonathan Witz & Associates, was developed to create an innovative backdrop for Super Bowl XL.
