American Perspectives: Highlights of Works by African American Artists from the Collection of the FIA, Jan 28th-Apr 2nd; Flint

In honor of African American History Month, the Flint Institute of Arts pays homage to the exceptional vision and talent of African American artists represented in the permanent collection. This special exhibition features 20 works of art by acclaimed American artists, including Romare Bearden, Jacob Lawrence, Charles White, Hughie Lee Smith, Melvin Edwards, Walter Williams, and Kara Walker.
