Rock My Soul, Jan 31st; Detroit The NFLís salute to Black History Month is a celebration of the art, dance and music of African-Americans throughout history. From the tribal communication of the African drum, through the early days of jazz, blues and Motown, Rock My Soul will follow the rhythms of soul into the hip hop sounds of today. Performers include The Rudy Hawkins Singers, Marcus Belgrave, The Women Gather, Black Bottom Collective, the Choreografitti Dance Ensemble, the Buku Productions Theatre Company and Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit.
