Bowen Launches AG Campaign, Evans Mulls Run The Detroit News reports that former Grand Rapids Judge M. Scott Bowen launched his campaign for attorney general Wednesday by charging that incumbent Mike Cox is ignoring consumer protection. The Cox campaign responded that "his record of refunding more money directly to consumers than any other attorney general speaks for itself".
