Macomb College to Offer Courses in Repairing Hybrid CarsMacomb County Community College in Clinton Township, recently received a 3-year, $200,000 grant from the National Science Foundation to cover the costs of creating a new curriculum that will include classes on repairing hybrid cars. Jim Sawyer, dean of Engineering and Advanced Technology at the college, said he knew of no other college in the state teaching a hybrid service-technicians class.
