On the Road Again: Residential Redevelopment in LansingThe LSJ has a feature on the Motor Wheel Lofts and how this redevelopment of the long-shuttered William K. Prudden's wheel factory at Saginaw and Larch in Lansing is becoming an economic driver for the surrounding area. Developer Harry Hepler hopes to have the building certified by the U.S. Green Building Council for its energy-efficiency features.
