Even with Additional Monies, Michigan Schools StrugglingThe Lansing State Journal reports that despite increased funding this year, a Michigan School Business Officials survey finds that Michigan schools continue to cut staffing and programs, and many are dipping into rainy-day funds to avoid financial disaster.
