Reading the Score on BusinessMichigan Radio's Jack Lessenberry talks with Rob Fowler, president and CEO of the Small Business Association of Michigan about the SBA's recently released entrepreneurial scorecard. Fowler says we rank fairly well in tax burden, but very poorly in tax structure. That means that our tax structure discourages creating jobs and paying people more. He also suggests we do away with "the T word" and change it to "economic revitalization transfer payments".Listen to Interview: Rob Fowler from Michigan Radio click to
