A pair of Detroit News/WXYZ-TV polls of 600 likely Michigan voters finds that while Michiganians are very concerned about the state's economy (79% say jobs and the economy are the most serious issue confronting Michigan), 89% of those in the survey who rated their lives "good" or "excellent." Pollster Ed Sarpolus explained
"Michigan has significantly lower unemployment than in the early '90s.
