Kettering Prof Says Ethanol Will Need SubsidiesWJRT-TV Flint reports that Kettering University professor James Gover says that while ethanol will reduce our dependence on foreign oil, the only way E-85 will make it in the marketplace is with more tax cuts and government subsidies.
