U-M Announces Grant Program, MSU Seeks DonorsThe State News has a report on a new program announced by the University of Michigan this week called M-PACT, which would reduce loans students have to repay. The program would award grants in the amounts of $500, $1,000 and $1,500 to students based on their amount of need.
