College Tuition Going UpThe Detroit News reports that parents and students are bracing for steeper college bills this fall as university leaders in the coming weeks finalize what are expected to be higher tuition rates. Under funding plans being considered by the Legislature, 13 of Michigan's universities would see at least a fraction of a percent increase in aid.
