MSU, Asparagus Industry Work on Asparagus Products The Paw Paw Courier-Leader reports that the Michigan State University Product Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources is partnering with the Michigan asparagus industry to develop new ways to market fresh asparagus. Researchers are seeking ways to enhance fresh asparagus processing and packaging and to increase consumption of the green vegetable by creating more consumer-friendly products.
