I have been looking at this building in several photographer's photostreams for well over a year. It doesn't seem to be a question of if it will fall ... only when.
Sadly, things look about the same under a better maintained, but no less endangered house in Lansing.
Memo to Lansing: time to do your jobs and quit playing games with people's lives and livelihoods.
