DaddyMensch served in Vietnam more than three decades ago and his tour of duty still haunts him. Veterans across our country are more than twice as likely to be homeless and many soldiers return from duty to find that jobs, homes and families have disappeared. So today, thank a veteran for his or her service to our country and instead of slapping a "Support Our Troops" bumper sticker on your SUV, actually do something to support a veteran or active duty soldier.
