You're very welcome, Diann. I am shocked that the Justices in the majority would so blatantly counter the will of the Legislature. "Anybody" is a word that you legally ONLY use when you mean "anybody."

The idea that you have to prove a direct impact in defense of something like water that crosses any boundaries we might draw is ludicrous.

Thanks for using my photograph. For those that don't know, this was taken off of what my children call "the Silky Bridge" in the Ludington State Park. I really appreciate it being used in Absolute Michigan...and even more appreciate being informed about this matter. We are all being effected by damage to our environment.....and it's good to know what the intent of the legislature was about this matter.
