I am shocked that the Justices in the majority would so blatantly counter the will of the Legislature. "Anybody" is a word that you legally ONLY use when you mean "anybody." The idea that you have to prove a direct impact in defense of something like water that crosses any boundaries we might draw is ludicrous. You're very welcome, Diann. For those that don't know, this was taken off of what my children call "the Silky Bridge" in the Ludington State Park. I really appreciate it being used in Absolute Michigan...and even more appreciate being informed about this matter.
