Slow Food Huron Valley is hosting a benefit at the Lone Oak Vineyard Estate in Grass Lake, MI (just off I-94) on Sunday, August 10th from 5-8pm. This dinner is a fundraiser to send local chefs, farmers and producers to attend &lt;a HREF=&quot;http://www.slowfoodusa.org/events/terramadre.html&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Terra Madre&lt;/A&gt;, the worldwide meeting of Slow Food International in Turin, Italy this October, 2008.  We have 5(!) delegates who have been invited to attend this year&#039;s Slow Food Terra Madre event. Each of the 5 courses of this incredible Slow Food dinner will be prepared by some of our best local chefs and paired with a wonderful Lone Oak wine.
