Her job is to read the law as it is, not how it ought to be. She is an activist judge, along with Justice Cavanagh and Justice Kelly, who are turning the judicial branch into a law making branch. In order for our three branch system to work, the judicial branch should only interpret the law as is, while it's the legislative branch makes the law. Justice Taylor is a fine justice who deserves this nomination to remain as chief justice of the Michigan Supreme Court. Justice Weaver need a lesson on how to read the Constitution.
