Howdy all! I am a Michigan author and my first novel, set in Northern Michigan (Boyne City) is now available! The Calling is my debut horror thriller.

The Calling . . . where nightmares chronicle the past—-and predict a horrifying future; where a Victorian mansion is thought to be haunted—-and the truth is far worse; where a mysterious stranger is either a guardian angel—-or the devil in disguise, and where a 600-year-old cult of demon worshippers isn’t history—-but just waiting for . . . The Calling.

The cost of doing business continues to rise, but we have managed to hang in here offering a very tranquil, unique setting along the Kalamazoo River. All of our sites back up to water. We offer canoeing trips and tubing. We're a small park but that provides personal attention to all our campers we greet. We are anxious to get open this season and see the many campers who continue to come back year after year. If any of you enjoy camping or canoeing take a look at our website shadybendcampground.com We're always anxious to greet new campers to our park. We'd love to welcome you one day. It's good to see how many Michiganders are still plugging along no matter what our economy has done to our "Winter Wonderland"/"Great Lakes" State. My husband and I just returned from our trip celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary. This year due to budget we chose to stay in Michigan. We went to Manistee to the Little River. Spent a little, won a little. Stayed at a very nice, friendly, clean motel Alpine Motor Lodge. Let the shuttle pick us up everyday to venture off to the casino. On our way back home we chose to drive back the coast and see all the lighthouses we could. Well,I'm here to tell you the route is not marked easily. Why the state would mark 31 as the "Michigan Circle Tour" is beyond us...most of the time its freeway driving....we wanted the coast...the sand/water...lighthouses. To get to a lighthouse...its not clearly marked...what a shame...especially with the gas prices. Caught most of them and took pictures our last one being South Haven....we're then headed for Augusta by the time we've reached that destination. But, all and all it was nice for the two of us and we're now ready to get our campground open and welcome any new/or returned campers to our park. I wish all of you a productive year in business....Diane

    Hello Everybody,

My best friend & I are both college students in Mt. Pleasant and we own worryfreesatellites. We install WildBlue satellite internet and Dish Network satellite TV. We travel to anywhere in lower Michigan - although we can probably be talked into the UP too. We have the experience of over 5000 installations, yet we are small enough (just the two of us) to give that little extra.

We don't believe in telemarketing, and most of our business has come from referrals - yes we treat our customers that well.

If you've had dish network or another satellite company come to your house and tell you they couldn't get a clear shot at a satellite - please call us. There are many happy customers who were once told they by other companies that they couldn't get service.

If anyone's looking for either of these services, please give me a call at 1-888-369-1368. We do commercial installations too - like bowling alleys, bars, motels, bed & breakfasts, etc.

We've just recently added a website: http://www.worryfreesatellites.com - I must warn you though, that I am still learning how to build it so a few pages are still very much in progress (suggestions are appreciated). Thanks,

    Steve

    Wind Spirits Paranormal Society

Wind Spirits Paranormal Society is located in Northern Michigan in Traverse City.
Our goal is to investigate paranormal events and to shed some light on the unknown realms of existence.
We are dedicated to our research in discovering the strange but
True paranormal activity that many people experience but are
    Hesitant to talk about.

How our investigation works and what you can expect.

    1. An initial assessment will be made by our team of experts involving base readings and a walk through as well as hearing your experiences.
    2. The actual investigation will take place during the late evening hours (if possible) because the paranormal activity seems to happen more frequently during night time hours. This could be due to the moons gravity pull on the earth as well as our energy sources are at there lowest. (IE: lights and electrical equipment are off)
    3. We will follow up with a visit to share our results. We need to debunk the evidence we collected to come to our conclusion

    Wind Spirits Paranormal Society’s
Investigations will be conducted courteously and professionally with
As little inconvenience to you as possible.
{Please note: If you do not want your investigation known to others we will be discrete and keep it hidden in our archives, and it will not be used for any publication purposes of any kind).

Please note: investigations are completely free and Wind Spirits Paranormal Society will never charge anything for an investigation.
(Donations are always welcome but not necessary)

Thank you for your interest, I will be contacting you soon!

YOU CAN QUIT SMOKING, LOSE WEIGHT, ATTAIN GOALS WITH HYPNOSIS! I thank these nice people for allowing me to get that out. It's frustrating that so many people suffer with these problems and don't know who to see or what to do.

    Hello Everyone,
My name is Chris Cosco and I have been a REALTOR here in Marquette Michigan since December of 2000. My wife Jennifer and I, with the help of K2 Media Lab (also out of Marquette), wanted to create something different than the "canned" real estate website that one would typically find on the web. We wanted a very interactive site that really showcased the U.P. and would encourage people to visit, live, and do business in Marquette County. Our site is packed with relevant information, and is easy to navigate. We wanted our customers to have search capabilities that were not available to them in the past, so we created separate home pages specific to different types of real estate. There is a page for Log Homes, Lake Superior Waterfront Properties, Condominiums, & Luxury Homes as well as separate pages for each of our communities i.e. Ishpeming, Gwinn, Negaunee, Big Bay. The new website includes a slide show of U.P. photos, videos of the Marquette area, articles about the U.P. from national publications, and an extensive community links page. The response has been phenomenal. Please feel free to visit us at http://www.ChrisCosco.com

    Take Care,
    Chris and Jen

    Hi everyone.

Being a hypnotherapist I just wanted you all to be aware that hypnosis works for more than smoking and weight loss. Much more.
For you business owners you can be motivated to market more, do more phone work, have a more positive and accepting attitude toward abundance, have better self esteem and confidence, have more energy.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY DOING EVERYTHING YOU SHOULD TO MAKE THE MONEY YOU WANT, IGNORE THIS. But if you feel you are not motivated fully to accomplish your highest goals, you could probably use some hypnotic help.
The best to you and your businesses!

Spring is coming, and with it thoughts of getting away for a relaxing weekend. I do my best to ensure that my guests at Croton Shores Cottage have the right blend of comfort and privacy. As a former B&B consultant, I've created rooms that are both cozy and functional. The cottage appeals to the style sensibilities of women and the "guys' weekend away" needs of men. My guests often tell me they "never want to leave" or "must come back again." The beautiful Newaygo area is worth the drive from anywhere in the Midwest.
