		<description>This site has alot of year old stuff .
 As a u-picker and local as possible buyer for 50+ yrs; it surprised me Mi was rated so high for sweet cherry production.  
If I remember in time; the short season... it usually a poor crop;I luck out about every 4 years.  
Are ther any sweet cherries left in Michigan to pick yet this season???
  How can a do-yourselfer propaigate trees from mature tree.. we 've had wild trees for 30 years at back of property..
 but D--- birds get em' every year!!</description>
