Myself and my 2 daughters are homeless NOW WE have no where to go...I have bad credit and am hoping and praying for subsidized decent school system area ages of my girls are 9 and 3. A 2 bedroom would obviously be very sufficient!!

I am in the process of working with a group which helps with rent and utilities ans PRAYING that all falls into place...Help

I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with monthly rent between $350-450. I am a parent of 1 i am not on section 8 but i do get goverment assistant and only get 400 a month. I am trustworthy i dont smoke and i have no pets. I need to move as soon as possible because by Feb. we will be getting put out due to forclosure so please help. Thank you and god bless.

My husband will be leaving us at the same time that we have to be out of our home. We've been living this past winter in a home that turns into a weekly summer rental so we have to be out by June First. I've been searching every day, making calls, doing all I can but can find nothing for myself and my children to move into. I'm not on section 8 but I am on SSI do to Gravese Desease. I have five children ranging in age from 1 to 11 years. Three are girls two are boys. My children do very well in school and because of that, I have made arrangments to keep them in their same school as long as I can find a home somewhere in T.C.
I need a place that is safe and with a rent I can afford. I need to find something ASAP so that we don't wind up homeless on June First. I'm not a partier and not a drinker. My first concern is to have a home for myself and my children, something we can actually call, 'our home'.
Please email me if you can help. I am praying as are my children that this will happen before June First as, at that time, we won't know where to go or what to do.

I have a 3 bedroom colonial for rent in Southfield. Section 8 is ok. The lease agreement is for one year or more. The house is completly updated with granite countertops and updated bathrooms(4). I'm a divorced of 4, working full-time in Canton with an income of $1,900 net per month. I've been on the waiting list for Section 8 for a year. I'm looking for a 3/4 bed with at least 1 1/2 bathrooms and a basement in the Canton or Plymouth area. I prefer a landlord who would be willing to accept a monthly payment from me with Section 8 making up the difference in the future. I have a 2 bedroom home available to rent as of 1 May 2008. The monthly rent is $600.00 per month. The home has a finished basement, and has 1 1/2 baths. The property has been completely renovated.

Also, I have 2 apartments for Rent onthe West side (Mark Twain). Each apartment rents for $550.00 per month. These apartments were recently renovated as well. The upper unit has 2 full baths, and 3 bedrooms. The lower unit has 1 bath and 2 bedrooms.
