Youre' invited . . . please join us as we celebrate the release of "Quilting Patches of Life." Lori Wagner's inspiring new book features faith-building, hope-infusing stories from Christian men and women around the world. Each chapter is titled with the name of a quilt pattern and explores the way God speaks to His people today -- how He pieces our days and events into a "quilt" of His design with purpose, beauty and warmth. Many of the contributing writers will join us to autograph copies available at this book signing celebration. Hope to see you there! Light refreshments served.
I think you just did, Lori! We're hoping that anyone with an October MICHIGAN event to promote does just what you did!
Please come and support all the blood, sweat and tears I put into my photography. Amici's is a great place and is always looking for new creative talent to give exposure to.
Opening Reception Monday, Oct 1 7-9PM at Amici's Pizza in Berkley (Oakland County).
Mark your calendars now for the first annual Allegan Paranormal Conference to be held at the historic Griswold Auditorium in Allegan, Michigan on October 26th and 27th. Events begin Friday night with a gallery reading by Michigan author and renowned psychic, Kelly MacLeod. Later that night, join us for a lantern ghost tour through the streets of downtown Allegan where your guide will share the town’s many ghostly legends. You can sign up to participate in a paranormal investigation to be held at the Old Jail Museum which housed Allegan’s sheriffs and their families as well as its convicts for many years. Some say many remain – in spirit. Speakers and classes will cover a wide variety of paranormal topics throughout the day on Saturday. A cocktail reception and dinner will be held at the haunted Elks Lodge that evening. Come join the fun!
