In the year that followed since I launched Detroit Bad Boys, a blog about the Detroit Pistons, I become familiar with numerous other local blogs dedicated to the Detroit sports scene. Many of these blogs have been around for much longer than my own, but I simply never found them until I began blogging myself.
All of us read the Free Press and the News, and we all listen to the same radio stations -- but not everyone has discovered some of the area's top independent commentary. With that in mind, I wanted to create something that could help Detroit sports fans discover some of the top blogs covering Metro Detroit area sports.
