Most of the photos on Absolute Michigan are taken by people who don't work for Absolute Michigan, so we can't grant permission to use them.

Flickr (the web site where many, including this one are hosted) allows photographers to set rights for photos. The permissions on this one would appear to allow such use. You can see them by &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/mandj98/244740800/" rel="nofollow"&gt;clicking over to Flickr&lt;/a&gt; and looking under "Additional Information" on the right.</description>

		<description>I loved the name of this Falls and would like to use the pictures on my web site to let my members know about this water fall.  Is it okay to use the pictures if I give the credit back to this site for the use of them in a banner on my web site.  This site is used strictly for building Banners just because we loved creating art.  Nothing on the site is for sale.  Let me know if there is a problem with my using the pictures on my web site.</description>
