		<description>I've just read and really enjoyed "The Raw and the Cooked."  My wife and I are going to be in Seattle in a couple of days. Do your favorite restaurants there still exist? i.e. Campagne, Sea Garden, Harvest Vine Salumi?  If not, are there others that you now really like?
