		<description>I guess I'll start things off by saying that although I work on the internet all day long (and sometimes longer) and am pretty passionate about working to improve my various communities, I think I have (professionally and personally) only scratched the surface of using the net to work for a better world.

I like to think that Absolute Michigan helps people to find little ways that they can get involved in our shared communities. I know, however, that we have a long way to go to help move the internet from distancing diversion to compelling connector.</description>
