In 1977 I moved to Michigan from the Chicagoland area and fellin love with the wonderful fruits and vegtables of Michigan. You could get in your car take a short drive and be looking at a beautiful lake. Once I saw Mackinaw Island I refered back to that vison while in therapy when the Doctor told me to go to my happy place. I will alway's remember Mackinaw Island as a great American treasure.
I'm proud to say I was once a Michigander.
