My husband and lived in ypsilanti on Ford lake in 1998-1999. I took out the dog in the afternoon and she took off so i went to look for her of corse she went into the woods by the lake and i followed. Before i got to the woods i saw what looked like a warewolf. It was on all fours and did not look up at me I was so scared i actually whimperd and started to cry, i litteraly thought i was going to get mauled to death. It was onlt about 20 feet away from me so i backed up slowly making sure to keep my eyes on it . I got maybe 3 feet then i took off running for my life. It stood like a dog but bigger and much stockier than a great dane also if you think of the scariest warewolf face that is what it's face looked like. It's fur was not fur it looked like bristles and also it was cover with mud. it looks like the shape of a dog but i wouldn't describe it as a dog. thank god i ran acrodd this website for the last 12 years i thought i was crazy I actually saw this thing in broad daylight.
