Taste the Local Difference has posted their Ready to Pick: Peas! The feature explores the sweet taste of fresh-picked peas shell peas and sugar snap peas, and also features a look at Zaccaro's Market in Charlevoix (just opened June 21st!) and their recipe for Chilled English Pea Soup with Smoked Trout, Pea Shoots, and Crème Fraiche.
