Frosty Tuesday: Silver Bells, Falling Snow & Skidding Autos
From Silver Bells in the City in Lansing to Michigan's first storm of the 2008-2009 winter, it's clear that if winter isn't here to stay, it won't be long in coming. Here's hoping that Michigan's car companies aren't in for a long, cold winter.

Video Spotlight: Josh Davis Trio - "Working Man's Hymn"
Taped at the Mid-Michigan Environmental Action Council (Mid-MEAC) benefit, Absolute Michigan correspondent captured this video of the Josh Davis Trio performing "Working Man's Hymn". Held on Friday, November 7 the event raised nearly $4,000 to keep Mid-MEAC programs going and growing.

BLACK CAT CONCERT SERIES-CHARLEVOIX-1880'S BARN

From Women's Hands Art Exhibit, Sale, Fundraiser
Annual event that connects art & community to support the Women’s Cancer Fund. 100 female visual artists, authors, musicians and film makers will sell their art at the juried exhibition April 27-29, 2007 at the Hagerty Center. (Traverse City, Grand Traverse County)
Hoxeyville Music Festival
Annual music festival held July 27-29, 2007. Lineup includes The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, New Monsoon, Richard Buckner, Greensky Bluegrass, Steppin' in it, Rachael Davis, Boombox, Seth Bernard & Daisy May and others. Camping, disc golf, food & more! (Hoxeyville, Wexford County)
