Battle Creek Receives Million Dollar Homeless Assistance GrantThe Battle Creek Enquirer reports that the Michigan State Housing Development Authority will grant $10 million to facilitate housing projects for the "chronically homeless" in 8 Michigan communities. $1 million of those dollars will go to the Cereal City.
