Port Huron Community Renovation Enjoys Success The Port Huron Times-Herald reports that a renaissance plan for Port Huron's south side is doing well. A group of community partners banded together to offer grants for home renovations and to convert rental properties to single-family homes. 25 homes have undergone extensive improvements, 18 have been converted to single-family homes and 13 new homes have been built.
