While the stock market falls, folks on Mackinac Island are getting ready for the Festival of the Falling Leaves Moon and maybe in celebration of a certain Maize & Blue team's loss to a certain golden-helmeted gang, Kalamazoo holds the 2008 Irish Fest. So many more events to see - check it out!

Dig Michigan: Flint and the Tri-cities of Bay City, Saginaw & Midland
Some scholars consider the Saginaw Valley, particularly the vicinity of Flint, to be the oldest continually inhabited part of Michigan. Dig on in and learn more about the history and modern-day cultural & recreational attractions of the region.
